About this workshop:
Often when I'm running workshops, a common question is How do I feel more confident at my new career when I'm surrounded by people with decades of experience?
This can also happen at a new job, it easy to feel like an impostor. Sometimes I even hear it from those very people who have decades of experience - they still feel like their success is mostly due to luck or other circumstances outside their control.
More often than not, it's a surprise to people when I tell them that experience doesn't build confidence. There are very specific things that do help you build confidence & over the years I've created a system that has helped me & my clients dramatically improve it. This shift creates a general feeling of satisfaction & happiness. Promotions & praise follow. And best of all, the praise feels true.
