Climate One will be celebrating SF Climate Week with a series of programs featuring leading voices in climate, from local to global. Sessions will feature insightful conversations that acknowledge today's challenging political reality while showcasing what's doable - & joyful!
We'll kick off the week on Monday (April 20) at 9:30 a.m. with this exciting program:
In 2021, legendary investor John Doerr outlined his plan to solve climate change in his bestseller Speed & Scale. The plan outlines 10 objectives, each with their own set of key results, to cut emissions to net zero. And in true John Doerr style, the results are to be measurable & trackable.
Now, five years later, Doerr & co-author Ryan Panchadsaram unveil their 2026 update, revealing where the world is winning, where it's falling behind, & what it will take to close the gap.
Join Climate One & Speed & Scale for a dynamic morning at the intersection of electricity, geopolitics, & market forces - three powers converging to shape the future of energy. Expect sharp insights, quickfire expert sessions, & an unvarnished look at what's actually at stake in the energy transition - & the bold actions still required to secure a clean, abundant energy future.
