Join us for a special sunrise yoga experience during SF Deep Tech Week at Salesforce Park!
Project Sunrise was started in Washington DC to bring together the global security community to connect, move, & reflect through yoga amidst global conflict. Through regular gatherings, Project Sunrise has grown beyond a physical exercise routine into a communal space for introspection & renewal. For more on the background of Project Sunrise, see here.
Flow will start promptly at 7:15, & we will have coffee & pastries afterwards. Come & fill your cup before you begin your day! We will have a few extra mats, but please bring your own if you have one.
