Do you want to improve your public speaking skills but arent sure how to start? Why not practice in a fun & welcoming group? Give a lightning talk with us!
Well help you brainstorm topics & give you tips on presenting it. No experience (or prepared talk) necessary.
In this workshop, well brainstorm topics together, & then work alone or in small groups to write a short (3-5) minute talk. Youll then present it to a small group & get feedback.
Please note: this event is intended for women & non-binary software developers*
Dont forget to bring a laptop!
6:30-7: Mingle & eat
7-9: Work on lightning talks!
