AVs & the City: The DRIVE AI Demo Day on April 16 is a drop in event that transforms UC Berkeley's Richmond Field Station into a 175-acre living laboratory for the future of autonomous mobility the day before 10th Anniversary Autonomous Vehicles & the City Symposium on April 17 at the Commonwealth Club World Affairs of California.
From 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, this immersive event features live, hands-on demonstrations spanning the full spectrum of autonomy - from autonomous passenger vehicles & heavy-duty freight solutions to the vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication & smart infrastructure that binds them together. Beyond ground-based transit, the program features dedicated drone & advanced aviation demonstrations for freight & logistics.
Designed to bridge the gap between lab research & real-world deployment, the day highlights how integrated infrastructure & connected mobility can safely support the next generation of transport.
This is an opportunity for industry leaders, policymakers, & researchers to witness the next wave of electrification, robotics, & digital twins operating in a single, unified environment. The DRIVE AI Demo Day sets the stage to showcase how the next wave of transportation technology is promoting a safer, more efficient autonomous ecosystem.
Hosted in partnership Autonomous Vehicles & the City Initiative at the University of San Francisco.
