DETAILS

As climate change increasingly impacts food production & distribution, many companies are working on new solutions. The future of food production, engineering, manufacturing & delivering are becoming very different. How will the industry move & increase investment to support climate-smart innovation in the food system, & how can the new practices improve outcomes related to climate change?

One of the most forthcoming innovations in recent years is the development of plant-based proteins. Is it likely that the plate of the future will be a mix of traditional, plant-based, & other alternatives? We are lucky to have such an interesting panel & a lot of discussion is to be expected.
