This includes understanding business models, articulating value propositions, gathering & defining requirements, understanding user personas, writing use cases, defining user interface designs, managing product teams & more. With real life examples & plenty of battle scars, Joy Dorairaj, Principal Product Manager, will explain the different approaches to managing platforms vs. products. She has previously worked as Sr. Principal Product Manager, Security for Unstructured Data & Federal Market at Dell EMC. Joy became a Product Manager & found that her wide range of skills were a perfect match for a career in product.
