10:40-11:00am - Team Formation (pre-formed teams can start hacking)
11:00am-12:30pm - Hacking Block 1
12:30-1:00pm - Lunch Break / keep hacking
1:00-4:00pm - Hacking Block 2 + Mentor Support
4:00-4:15pm - Final Submission Buffer + Demo Prep
4:15-5:15pm - Judge Review / Team Walkthroughs
5:15-5:30pm - Judging Deliberation + Networking Break
5:30-6:00pm - Top-Team Demos + Awards + Closing
