Build an Agentic Workflow That Actually Works

Most people can get an agent working in a demo. Getting it to work in a real app is a different problem.

This is a hands-on build session. Well start with an empty project and build an agentic workflow with Primary AI, step by step. Then well walk through the RocketRide demo to see how the same patterns work in a real application, including what happens when things break.

Bring a laptop. Youll be building along with me, not watching slides.

What well cover :
Setting up an agentic workflow in Primary AI from scratch
Wiring up tools and handling calls that come back wrong
Managing context and state across steps
Walking through the RocketRide demo and what it does differently
Debugging and figuring out what actually failed when the output looks fine

Agenda:

6:30 PM | Check-in + networking
6:45 PM | Start building from scratch
7:05 PM | Tools, context + state
7:30 PM | RocketRide demo walkthrough
7:50 PM | Debugging + what breaks in real apps
8:05 PM | Q&A + networking
8:30 PM | Wrap up

Who this is for:

Engineers, founders, and anyone shipping AI features whos ready to move past the prototype stage.

No prior experience with Primary AI is needed. If youve written code and used an AI tool before, youll be able to follow along.

What youll leave with:

A working project you built during the session, plus notes you can use in your own codebase.

About the host:

Hosted by Mansi More, AI Developer and technical educator and Writer based in the SF Bay Area.

This event is part of #SFTechWeek, a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem." data-next-head="
