Meet the panelists:
Lior Mechlovich, CTO & co-founder of Salespeak.ai is an accomplished technology executive with a deep focus on AI, distributed computing, & data platforms. His career is marked by leading engineering teams, notably as CTO & co-founder at Amberflo.io, & through significant engineering roles at AWS & Informatica. At Salespeak.ai, Lior harnesses his expertise in data & AI to develop an autonomous sales agent.
Adele Gildeh, Head of Data Science, Trust Defense Product at AirBB holds a Master's Degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Manchester, UK. She spent almost 10 years of her career working in the Finance industry in London, in a variety of quantitative modeling roles. After moving to the Bay Area, Adele pivoted into a career in Data Science. She worked as a Head of Risk Data Science at Stripe, & for the last 3 years, she has been the Head of Trust Product Defense Data Science at Airbnb. Her team works on AI applications in Trust & Safety & Operations. Adele regularly speaks at conferences & recently led the AI for Operations' workshop at Stanford University.
Sergei Burkov, PhD, is the founder & CEO of Colibri.ai, a startup that develops generative AI for the enterprise. He previously co-founded & led four Silicon Valley startups, & sold two of them - one, Dulance, to Google, where he became the 1st head of its Moscow R&D Center. He holds PhD in Theoretical Physics from MIPT / Landau Inst.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Sabina Nord, a Staff Software Engineer at Walmart Labs & a big AI enthusiast.

Russian Speaking in Tech network was established in 2014 in Silicon Valley by Lilia Shwarts & Julia Minkowski who share the same passion: a love of technology & community work with women. Since Lilia's move to North Carolina, the group has been operated by Margarette Kesselman & Alla Shamis. They are working mothers, techies, & entrepreneurs. They all strongly believe in themselves, their talents, & the power of the women's network.
Our grass-roots initiative aims to provide a professional & inspirational networking platform for Russian Speaking Women in Tech. We strive to empower you to take action & advance in your career by learning from each other, sharing experiences, & motivating each other toward success. Our speakers are accomplished women from our community who generously share their knowledge, wisdom, & experiences to help us grow. Since its establishment in July 2014 with only 30 members, our group has grown to over 3,700 local members in 2024, & it continues to expand.
