In addition, she is a Co-Founder of two tech startups that are both leading the way in their respective industries. The Unconventional Life weekly vlog is Sel's way of sharing her journey of expanding her brands globally, chasing a dream & having a crack' at living a no plan b life. Her latest venture, wattsnextpx, has brought her to New York City.
Amy Coveny is a Managing Partner Quake Capital Partners.Amy Coveny has extensive experience in building revenue, products, & market strategies for startup companies. Since the beginning of her career in TV, she has contributed to six acquisitions, three IPOs, & two early-stage fundraising cycles. During her tenure as the Global Head of Audio for Rubicon Project, she worked with Spotify to extend programmatic Audio to international audiences. Her years as Vice President of Catch5 saw her develop a video content syndication model in the health & wellness space to customize the brand experience. Amy has been an Advisor to Quake Capital since the launch of its accelerator program, providing market insights & tips to companies such as pippa.io, eSports, DataGran, Frenzy, & UniversityBeyond. With experiences in media, AdTech, emerging technology, & sales globally, Amy has played an instrumental part in a variety of successful ventures. Consistently ahead of the curve, she knows what it takes for startups to reach--and exceed--their goals. As a Managing Partner of the New York office, Amy will grow & expand Quake Capital's Accelerator program, Investor Network, & Fundraising.
