I attended the first edition of The Future of Work in San Francisco while seeking career opportunities amid a tech job market crisis. Normally, I don't expect much from career fairs, but this one was different. The talks were captivating, & I engaged with several hiring managers during the networking session, even scheduling a follow-up call. It was also beneficial; to exchange experiences with other local job hunters in tech. I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity & effectiveness of the networking process & the opportunities I found in just one evening.
