DETAILS

Open Sphere & Ontology of Value's event is organized & operated solely by companies Open Sphere & Ontology of Value (not Yahoo nor any of its affiliates or brands, including TechCrunch).

As TechCrunch Disrupt concludes, it's time to take a high-level look at AI & its impact on the future of work. How will these cutting-edge technologies reshape the labor market in the near & distant future?

In this event, we will explore the profound changes AI is bringing to the workforce, examining its influence across various industries. We'll highlight how AI-driven innovations boost productivity, foster professional development, & even impact mental health. Our discussion will delve into the evolving economic landscape, focusing on AI's dual role in creating new jobs, displacing others, & shifting skill demands.

However, with great power comes great responsibility. We'll also explore both the opportunities & challenges AI presents for professionals in 2024. Join us to speculate on the future of work in the AI era & learn how to harness AI's potential for sustainable career growth.

We're not just here to talk-we want to take immediate action! This event will also serve as a networking platform, bringing together tech talent, founders, & hiring managers to explore potential collaborations. After our first event, many participants successfully landed job interviews during the networking session (testimonials below). This time, we're aiming even higher!

Are you looking for jobs at the moment? Consider joining us one hour earlier. At 4pm, before the official start of the event, Dr Natalia Bielczyk will give a blitz 60-minute intensive workshop "How to Develop Your Potential & Achieve Professional Excellence in the Age of AI."

Are you interested in testing Tesla's Cybertruck? You are in the right place! We collaborate with Tesla & during this event, we will offer the participants a test drive.

Visitors' Impressions from Edition #1, June 25th 2024:
I met some great people at this event & I'm so happy I learned about Natalia's free career development resources. I hope to see the organizers again & continue learning from them & others! I also enjoyed networking, especially since I am writing my personal development book. I met two writers who have published personal development books & learned a lot from the speakers about the importance of personal branding for someone in the job market.

I attended the event & I must say that it was absolutely amazing. The presentations, speeches, panel discussions, & the guest lineup were all fantastic. As someone who has struggled with how my brain functions throughout my life & has only recently become aware of my ADHD, I was particularly fascinated by the discussions on brain function in the context of professional development. By the way, I'm a product designer & I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself & express my gratitude. Thank you!

I attended the first edition of The Future of Work in San Francisco while seeking career opportunities amid a tech job market crisis. Normally, I don't expect much from career fairs, but this one was different. The talks were captivating, & I engaged with several hiring managers during the networking session, even scheduling a follow-up call. It was also beneficial; to exchange experiences with other local job hunters in tech. I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity & effectiveness of the networking process & the opportunities I found in just one evening. A perfect mix of quality content & valuable connections-highly recommended!
