AtFarmigo, we want to transform the way we think about food, technology, and community - which is exactly what we're aiming to do with our monthly series. This December, we're excited to highlight four local entrepreneurs in the liquor, beer, and tech industry.

The evening's theme circles the holiday spirit(s); our four entrepreneurs will share their stories celebrating a pivotal moment or experience in their lives that inspired them to start down their boozy paths.

Jackie Summers (Speaker);Founder ofjackfrombrooklyn Jackie is an author, autodidact, entrepreneur, and the creator of the award-winning liqueur,Sorel. As Founder of Jack From Brooklyn Inc., Jackie is actively engaged in every aspect of the company, from manufacturing to strategy and even plumbing.

Bridget C Firtle (Speaker);Founder ofThe Noble ExperimentIn 2012, Bridget established The Noble Experiment NYC to bring the timeless tradition of rum distilling back to New York City. They aim to produce all natural, premium quality distilled spirits distinctive to New York through the use of 100% domestic ingredients.

Andrew Young (Speaker);CTO/Co-Founder ofSwillSwill is an alcohol delivery service powered by mobile, which makes it easy to order beer, wine, and spirits on demand. Andrew also happens to be the main organizer ofStartup Weekendin New York.

Ralph Barbosa (Speaker);Founder ofPort Morris Distillery After a family vacation in Puerto Rico, Ralph was inspired to create Pitorro, a culturally-influenced spirit based on the abundant sugar cane found in the Caribbean and South America.
