Nicola Corzine serves as the Executive Director of the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, a non-profit that delivers world-class resources & mentoring to enable every entrepreneur across the globe to realize their maximum potential. As Executive Director, Nicola is responsible for strategic & operational leadership that help drive research, programing, fundraising, & operations for the organization.

Nicola brings over 17 years of strategic business development & entrepreneurial thought leadership programming experience to the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, most recently in her role as Deal Manager for the Band of Angels, a position held since 2004 as well as Investment Partner in the 2009 Acorn fund which includes investments in Practice Fusion, Niveus Medical, & Flywheel, one of the biggest names in the E-hailing industry. During her time at the Band, she was as an early advisor to Startup America & led the development of the first national & regional Angel Capital Association conferences.

Prior to Band of Angels, Nicola was the founder & executive director of Financing Partners, an organization that delivered education to both entrepreneurs & investors to enable them to reach their mutual objectives. Before Band of Angels, she was part of three startup companies in the US & UK.

Nicola is a frequent speaker on angel investing, technology trends & seed financing at Universities including Stanford, Wharton & Duke, national conferences, including IEEE Women in Engineering, NVCA & Innovation Enterprise, & has served as a formation advisor to several regional & international angel groups & seed funds.

Eklavya is Nasdaq's Global Head of SPAC listings & a Managing Director of new listings. In his role, he advises companies on the process & benefits of listing on Nasdaq. Eklavya coaches early stage companies to leverage Nasdaq's resources, & optimize financing opportunities & brand visibility. Eklavya helps develop Nasdaq's relationships with investors, law firms, & other capital markets constituents.

Jared Theis
Director, Deal Advisory & Strategy, Accounting Advisory at KPMG
Jared is a Director in KPMG's Accounting Advisory Services with the Deal Advisory & Strategy practice for the Seattle office of KPMG LLP. He has over 13 years of advising clients on capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, mergers & divestitures of various size, structure & complexity. Jared specializes in advising clients in their "going public" journey, whether through a SPAC, direct listing or traditional IPO. Jared has guided many companies in their preparation of becoming a public company & understands the needs of key stakeholders in a company's transaction, bringing structure, discipline & foresight to complex engagements. In addition, Jared also serves as the immediate past chair of the Washington Society of CPAs, & the current chair of the Accounting Advisory Board for Washington State University where he earned his undergraduate degree in accounting.

Remi P. Korenblit
Associate at Wilson Sonsini
Remi Korenblit is an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, financing transactions, & other corporate & securities law matters. His transaction experience includes mergers, business combinations, asset & stock purchases, divestitures, carve-outs & spin-off transactions, private equity & venture financing transactions, joint ventures, & other strategic transactions for both public & private companies. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters, shareholder activism, takeover defense, recapitalizations & restructurings, & other special situations. Remi has represented U.S. & international clients in a variety of sectors, including software & technology, telecommunication, media, banking & finance, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, & retail industries.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Remi practiced corporate law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York & Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in Paris. Prior to practicing law, Remi was an investment banking associate at Sandler O'Neill in Chicago.

In addition to English, Remi is fluent in French.

Priya Huskins
Partner & Senior Vice President of Management Liability, Woodruff Sawyer
Priya is a recognized expert & frequent speaker & guest lecturer on D&O liability risk & its mitigation. In addition to consulting on D&O insurance, she counsels clients on corporate governance matters, including ways to reduce their exposure to shareholder lawsuits & regulatory investigations. Priya has an impressive list of publications, speaking engagements, & awards for her influence & expertise in the industry & is the author & editor of the D&O Notebook blog. She was interviewed recently on CNBC regarding the Sciabacucchi v. Salzberg appeal.

In addition to serving as a board member at Woodruff Sawyer, Priya is on the board of directors of Realty Income Corporation, The Monthly Dividend Company, where she serves on the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee, & is chair of the Compensation Committee. She also serves on the advisory board of the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance.

Priya earned her undergraduate degree with high honors from Harvard University. She was awarded her juris doctorate with honors from the Law School at the University of Chicago.
