What's It All About?
From presidential candidates to Hollywood stars to Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, everyone's talking about artificial intelligence. Yet despite the buzz, AI remains hard to define. To scientists & tech entrepreneurs, AI represents opportunity, but to many people, it carries with it uncertainty & concern. Stuck between these two, policy makers struggle to build regulatory frameworks that offer a middle ground.

Right now, as AI is being developed, as public discourse around it is being shaped, & as regulations that will drive & frame it are being created, we come together to DEMYSTIFY AI.
Who's It For?
The 2019 Future Forum is for people who work with AI & those who will be impacted by it. From both sides of the Atlantic, we are inviting tech industry gatekeepers & researchers, early adopters, regulators, journalists, & even activists & skeptics. If you fall into these categories, apply below.
What to Expect:
The DWIH Future Forum is an all-day event full of inspiring content, unique formats & great networking opportunities with German & American regulators, tech representatives & scientific & social leaders alike. As an attendee you have the chance to meet the AI movers & thinkers who will become your future collaborators. The conference itself will offer you new insights, perspectives & practical frameworks & give you an opportunity to discuss the challenges & opportunities AI presents to society.

Why New York?
Join us for this exclusive gathering in New York City, the middle point between Silicon Valley & Germany, the hub of American cultural influence & the capital of the global economy, to explore the future of AI, an uncharted territory increasingly mapped onto our everyday.

Who's Speaking? The DWIH New York is pairing German & American AI thought leaders, executives, scientists & emerging talents. Check back here! Additional speakers & a conference program will be added soon.
