About the Role

As we continue to grow, were seeking a Technical Lead Manager (TLM) to lead the technical evolution & strategic growth of key areas of our architecture. Youll contribute to our codebase, shape our systems, & scale high-performing engineering teams.

You Will

• Lead & grow engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Provide architectural oversight & technical direction, driving the design & implementation of APIs & services with a focus on functionality, reliability, & performance.
• Own & actively manage critical systems, ensuring high availability & seamless integrations across platforms.
• Lead complex projects from concept to delivery, with clear planning, prioritization, & execution.
• Remain hands-on with the codebase, setting strong standards & leading by example.

About You

You Have

• 4-6 years of experience as a backend or fullstack engineer, with 2-3 years managing engineering teams, ideally in a Java/Kotlin environment.
• A hands-on approach to architecture & system ownership, with the ability to coach & mentor direct reports.
• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong communication skills & the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A history of growing teams through thoughtful hiring, culture building, & technical leadership.
• A passion for mentorship & helping engineers grow.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $191,000-$259,000.
  The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, role scope, & location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
