Your Impact

You have the opportunity to be a technical leader in the AI space for one of the leaders in AI computer vision.

Responsibilities

  • Work together with Account Executives to collaboratively lead customer meetings while sharing technical expertise & knowledge of our solutions.
  • Lead & deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, & evaluations for customers, prospects & internal sales personnel.
  • Understand customers technical requirements & articulate how our platform can support business value.
  • Provide strategic guidance & recommendations to clients & Account Executives throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in scalable & repeatable processes for customer technical validation.
  • Create innovative, enthralling presentations that help customers understand "why" they need to buy from Clarifai.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Experience with value-based sales motion using qualification frameworks like MEDDPIC.
  • Confident in educating business stakeholders on machine learning principles & connecting to business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, & Langchain.
  • Experience with scripting in Python & APIs.
  • Experience with generative AI from applying embedding models, prompt engineering, data cleansing, & model evaluation.
  • Experience building & delivering demos & running technical validation events (workshops, POCs, POVs).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & relationship building experience.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.

The OTE salary hiring range for this position is $210,000 - $250,000 & flexible depending on relevant experience.
