Warby Parker is on the lookout for a dynamic, sharp-as-a-tack Senior Strategy Manager to help us revolutionize the eye care industry, applying innovative new practices to achieve sustainable growth. In this role, youll lead the research, development, & execution of strategic priorities, becoming an expert on opportunities to expand our business (with an emphasis on addressing the over 100M adults in the US with vision insurance & benefits). Youll also work cross-functionally to translate these opportunities into reality by partnering with our Brand Management, Retail, Product, Technology, & Customer Experience teams.  What youll do:

• Research new opportunities to address the needs of consumers with or interested in vision insurance & develop business plans & models to evaluate their strategic & financial implications
• Evaluate our strategic positioning & become an expertwere talking savant-levelon the competitive landscape & consumer trends
• Collaborate across departments to evaluate the value & implications of new opportunities
• Facilitate meetings with leaders & stakeholders across the company to develop strategic project plans, outline goals & progress, & gather input & approvals
• Lead pilot tests, partnerships, & other corporate development activities to drive our long-term strategic priorities
• Stay on top of the latest news & developments around eye care, retail, customer experience, & technology

Who you are:

• Backed by 5+ years of experience in a highly analytic & strategic role (bonus points for experience in management consulting or corporate strategy)
• An optimistic & creative problem solver whos always eager to learn (youre comfortable working with uncertainty)
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration & coordination
• A crystal-clear communicator with a deep appreciation for data-driven decision making (you love to translate data into strategic recommendations)
• Able to develop frameworks & analyses that support complex strategic problem-solving
• A whiz at Excel & PowerPoint and/or Google equivalent (Sheets, Slides)
• Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

• Experience in healthcare or insurance is a major plus
• A retail or consumer products background
