We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, & proactive professional to provide high-level administrative & clerical support. This role will support our Chief People Officer & General Counsel, as well as partner with their respective leadership teams, to ensure efficient operations & seamless executive support.

Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high-level support to one or more VP+ executives, managing dynamic & complex calendars with minimal oversight
- Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, & cross-functional schedules with accuracy & efficiency
- Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, & prioritize time-sensitive requests
- Prepare meeting agendas & materials, take notes, & ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Complete expense reports & reconcile transactions in a timely manner
- Draft, edit, & format communications, presentations, & reports for internal & external audiences
- Maintain & update team mailing lists, rosters, & shared documentation
Operational & Project Support
- Support operational efficiency by streamlining workflows & improving support processes
- Manage recurring reporting & presentation submissions in partnership with team members
- Partner across departments to coordinate initiatives & ensure alignment with business priorities
- Handle multiple high-priority tasks independently & exercise good judgment when priorities shift
Event & Culture Coordination
- Plan & coordinate team meetings, offsites, all hands, & milestone celebrations
- Partner with Workplace Services to manage event logistics, including catering, AV setup, & vendor coordination
- Manage discretionary funds for team recognition, birthdays, & anniversaries
- Promote a positive team culture by supporting engagement activities & internal communications
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, & follow-through
- Ability to operate independently & make decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Discretion & sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Clear & confident communication skills across levels & functions
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
Who We're Looking For
- 4 - 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative professional supporting VP-level & above
- Experience providing high-level administrative support with autonomy & accountability
- Proven ability to anticipate needs & proactively improve administrative systems & processes
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Cash Compensation Range: $79,500 - $120,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
