About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the Enterprise Solutions team, specifically focused on platform partnerships. This position will play a key role in assisting with the management, development, & maintenance of our current third-party partnerships, and workingwork closely with senior members of the Platform Partnerships team to uncover new growth opportunities & prospect new relationships within the Wealth Management industry. 

This is a critical, technical role focused on the delivery & ongoing support of iCapitals full suite of technology solutions, spanning alternatives & structured investments to the independent wealth channel & enterprise partners. This individual will be responsible for developing & executing our companys strategy in establishing strategic partnerships that extend access to & further embed iCapital as part of the Wealth Management ecosystem. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the development & execution of the companys overarching strategy aimed at supporting the Platform Partnerships business line. 
  • Play a key role in management & maintenance for existing strategic clients including wealthtech platforms, custodians, & client reporting partners.  
  • Lead platform & system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, & work collaboratively with internal & external cross-functional teams on iCapitals suite of enterprise technology solutions. 
  • Assist in outreach for new prospects, collaborating with senior members of the platform partnerships team on business development strategy. 
  • Collaborate with other relationship managers, sales teams, implementation specialist,s & other colleagues across the company to drive tactical & strategic initiatives & partnership implementations. 
  • Take ownership of projects & provide strong analytical support to teammates. 
  • Develop presentations with significant internal & competitive analysis for internal meetings & projects. 
  • Work with internal technical partners to create a product offering that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Drive process improvement, in part by organizing ongoing partner & prospect requests as well as leveraging available technology. 

Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience in a business development or relationship management capacity, with a focus on digital partnershipswithin wealth technology, private markets, or enterprise technology sales 
  • Direct experience working for or with wealth management, wealthtech or fintech firms is highlypreferred 
  • Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investmentsis highly preferred 
  • Experience with SAAS offerings & wealth tech platforms 
  • Strong interpersonal & sales skills with direct experience in servicing clients 
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills & a high level of attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Strategic mindset & ability to workindependently 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with little to nooversight 
  • Series 7 & 63 licensesis preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or financial field preferred, MBA or Graduate Degree is aplus 

 

 Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $170,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
