Were looking for a Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of products that go beyond just ID, enabling our members to seamlessly navigate an increasingly connected world with digital identity at the core.

As a Software Engineer at CLEAR, you will contribute to the design, implementation, testing, & deployment of applications that enhance our platformone that interconnects dozens of attributes & qualifications while keeping member privacy & security at the forefront.

This role is in the Members org at CLEAR, which focuses on building amazing consumer experiences in the CLEAR Mobile iOS app in close collaboration with various engineering & product teams across the company. Mobile is becoming an increasingly central part of our user experience, & this role provides an opportunity to have a significant impact on how members interact with CLEAR.

What you'll do:

• Develop & deliver code across the mobile stack, building delightful user experiences & championing engineering excellence through best practices in app architecture, testing, observability & documentation
• Partner with product, design & other stakeholders to uncover requirements, innovate, & solve complex problems
• Contribute to advancing our capabilities across a wide array of industries & domains while gaining hands-on experience with privacy, security, data modeling, & architecture
• Take ownership of your work, contribute to architectural decisions, & continuously seek ways to improve technology & processes at CLEAR

What you have:

• 3+ years of software development experience (Swift)
• Experience with mobile application development, & familiarity with:
• Agile development environments
• Articulating technical concepts to both technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborating with teammates & contributing to a culture of learning & growth
• Championing best engineering practices for iOS development within your team
• Curiosity about technology, a belief in continuous learning, & the ability to work autonomously to figure out what's important

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, & Restricted Stock Units.
