HelloFresh is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, & analytical Creative Strategy Manager to join our Performance & Innovation Team at our Brooklyn, NY studio. This role reports to the Director of Performance Creative Strategy & will partner closely with the Brand Creative team & Growth Marketing teams.
Our Performance Innovation team is an entrepreneurial creative studio focused on delivering a high output of creative assets for our growth partners. You will need to love working in a fast paced environment & enjoy finding creative solutions to drive performance across paid digital channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google etc.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the growth team & the creative performance innovation team to build end-to-end strategy, testing, & creative management to drive results. The ideal candidate will be ready to react to growth briefs by applying data-driven insights & creative solutions for channels, collaborate with the creative team on static + video concepts, ensure brand guidelines are adhered to throughout creative production. Youll be able to quickly react to data & guide the creative team on producing more conversion driving assets.
You will
- Partner with Growth teams & GM teams to build strategic creative briefs that drive conversions on paid channels
- Bring learnings & insights to every project to ensure we are delivering best in class creative
- Identify key creative testing opportunities & brief in assets that align with testing goal
- Have a deep understanding of what performs & what does not, & an ongoing push to unlock new growth via paid channels in partnership with product marketing & growth marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-quality, compelling content that drives user engagement, conversion, & measurable results
- Monitor & analyze the performance of Performance & Innovation assets, using data-driven to identify areas for optimization & improvement
- Share performance insights & next steps regularly with marketing leadership & creative partners
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across various functions (e.g., marketing, product, engineering, data) to drive incremental performance across channels
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, & emerging technologies to incorporate innovative techniques that enhance campaign performance

You have...
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required
- 5-7 years of creative strategy / marketing experience ideally at a start-up; specifically, on a team that handles high volume of output, & drives results for a fast growing business
- Experience writing creative briefs & providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Experience in planning & executing marketing campaigns from start to finish
