Our Product Team
The Product team at Noom plays a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. We craft user-centered experiences that help millions of people improve their health. The Engagement Growth Engine (EGE) team focuses on understanding user behaviors & motivations, identifying growth opportunities, & designing product experiences that help users stay active with Nooms behavior-change programs. The team leverages data-informed design, experimentation, & research to improve key metrics & deliver measurable business impact.

About the Role
As we continue to grow, were seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts within our Engagement Growth Engine team. This role is crucial to shaping how users engage with our platform to build lasting habits & improve their health. Youll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, & Data Scientists to design experiences that drive retention & long-term user success.

You Will

• Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within the EGE team, from discovery through execution
• Partner closely with cross-functional peers to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, & define success metrics
• Create & iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, & high-fidelity visuals that are grounded in user insights
• Facilitate design critiques & feedback sessions, contributing to a culture of design excellence & collaboration
• Advocate for user-centered design & champion accessibility, usability, & inclusivity across all touchpoints

About You

You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, impactful work
• Proven track record of designing for consumer-facing digital products at scale
• Expertise in Figma & other design tools, with a strong understanding of design systems & component-based design
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills across disciplines
• A bias toward action & comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$207,000.
• This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others.
• Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
• Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. Location
This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our New York, NY office.
