Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help bring the very best talent to Warby Parker. Working alongside the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, youll help drive talent objectives & recruiting processes in order to meet our ambitious hiring goals. Youll learn the ins & outs of a high-functioning recruiting process & all about how we build strong teams. Youll be working with a wide range of teams here (Finance, Retail, & Customer Experience, to name a few) & making an impact across the company through the relationships you build both internally & externally. What youll do:

  • Provide the best possible experience for all interviewees (and look for ways to improve our candidate experiences continually)
  • Coordinate & schedule interviews, hiring manager circle-ups, candidate travel itineraries, & other recruiting efforts
  • Keep track of job boards where we have open job slots & actively post open roles
  • Manage workflows within our applicant tracking system, own job posting & candidate-facing communication templates, & continually look for ways to improve our recruiting process
  • Lead the CX recruiting process in partnership with the hiring team to ensure that the interview process runs smoothly & efficiently, focusing specifically on the candidates' experience
  • Help out with offer letter paperwork (and other recruiting team tickets from our HR system) as needed
  • Attend industry recruitment eventsand provide logistical support before, during, & afterin order to help get the Warby Parker name out there

Who you are:

  • Equipped with 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Able to work at a lightning-fast pace
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, & able to anticipate both candidate & hiring team needs
  • A true brand ambassador who loves telling people about Warby Parker
  • Detail-oriented & an organizational powerhouse (you have proven experience thriving in an environment where you juggled plenty of responsibilities)
  • Super comfortable in a people-focused role (you interact naturally with others & can communicate with anyone)
  • Comfortable prioritizing your work (with clear direction from the team)
  • An unfailing follow-upper who can push people for feedback & do whats necessary to move the recruiting process forward
  • A stickler for process (after all, youll be driving ours)
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit:

  • Experience using Greenhouse (our applicant tracking system) & Google Suite
  • Experience in the recruiting industry
  • Experience juggling schedules & calendars for multiple people
  • Experience sourcing & identifying prospective candidates for job opportunities
