Fellows are offered opportunities at over 300 best-in-class companies, including Peloton, Blackstone, Uber, & Citi.

About Pursuit:

Pursuit invests in our Fellows by providing them with a range of services: coding & professional skills training, a sourced job opportunity with company partners, career support, mentorship, & access to a network of tech companies & industry professionals. Our intensive two-step, four-year Fellowship focuses on building meaningful careers. It combines one year of training through Pursuit Core, with three years of on-the-job support through Pursuit Commit. In addition to preparing our Fellows for their first job, we work directly with employers to ensure they go from entry-level to mid-level & beyond.

We are One Big Team

The passionate & collaborative team at Pursuit gives its all to achieve our mission. And it's not just staff. We work with employer partners that love hiring our Fellows because they are so well prepared, ranging from big financial firms to scrappy startups, & everything in between. We also activate & engage thousands of volunteers that come from all areas of the tech industry & beyond. At Pursuit, we are committed to breaking traditional barriers, focusing on potential rather than pedigree, & providing hands-on experience to empower participants in ways never seen before.
