YOUR ROLE:

Rapp is seeking a Senior Copywriter for our healthcare team. You are a strong conceptual thinker who knows how to bring a story to life across digital channels & patient journeys. Youre comfortable pushing the boundaries of creative excellence while navigating legal & medical compliance. You are passionate about health, wellness, & improving the patient experience. You are enthusiastic about taking ownership of an account while remaining flexible & ready to lend your copywriting expertise to various projects & accounts as needed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write direct-to-consumer healthcare & pharma copy
  • Work collaboratively with other creatives & cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Leverage detailed, data-informed audience insights to craft personalized patient experiences
  • Ideate & execute creative concepts across various digital channels
  • Constantly strive for newer, better, more innovative solutions
  • Manage workflow efficiently & meet expected deadlines
  • Embrace & express the brand voice for multiple accounts
  • Source appropriate references to support key content claims
  • Annotate tactics to substantiate claims using approved citation style
  • Work with a variety of formats & materials to bring concepts to life
  • Present work with a clear rationale of how it addresses the challenge
  • Stay current with changes in technology & demonstrate technical competence

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of healthcare or pharma copywriting; familiarity with MLR/MRO & VEEVA practices
  • 5+ years experience in advertising/marketing environment
  • Excellent writing skills & the ability to write in multiple voices & styles
  • Proven expertise in crafting compelling content for digital marketing, with a focus on short-form tactics such as social media posts, online video ads (OLVs), & display banners.
  • Strong conceptual ability
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Healthcare/pharma copywriting experience
  • Effectively & efficiently handle multiple projects without compromise to quality
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must have a strong portfolio primarily of produced work
  • Team-player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Eager for mentorship & professional growth

Our Hybrid Work Model:

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections & collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to NYC & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience & training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
