DV has an amazing opportunity for a talented HR Operations Analyst to join our growing & dynamic team. We seek a collaborative problem solver skilled in HR systems integrations, with a passion for data & the insights it can bring, & an amazing mind for managing & operationalizing global & local processes.

This role will play a key part in scaling our HR operations function to ensure our talent infrastructure is ready for anything. The position reports into the Sr. Director of HR Technology & Operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for completion & compliance of Form I-9 employment eligibility verification for all new hires, including:
  • Verifying identity & employment authorization documents.
  • Completing Section 2 of Form I-9 within required timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate & compliant I-9 records.
  • Performing periodic I-9 audits to ensure compliance.
  • Managing reverification processes for expiring work authorization.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal E-Verify requirements where applicable.
  • Manage all employee data changes & updates. Responsible for handling high volume administrative & transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding, leave management, compliance, records management, & retention
  • Provides end user support for transaction processing & life cycle event management in the system's self-service function. (job changes/transfers/promotions, hire, job requisitions, separations, etc.)
  • Conduct system audits to ensure data accuracy & integrity.
  • Handles employee inquiries & issues resolution. Assists in the research, escalation, & resolution of Workday related operational issues
  • Run standard reports, handles ad-hoc report requests & provides data as needed
  • Delivers exceptional customer service & ensures all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively across HR & non-HR cross functional teams (i.e. HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Finance) on a broad range of topics, as needed.
  • Supports business process development, improvement, data management, releases, testing, maintenance within Workday & other HR systems.
  • Serve as the  first line of support for Workday System questions, Troubleshoot & resolve system issues.
  • Participate in the design, testing & implementation of new functionality in Workday, including the bi-annual release
  • Develop Job Aids & Conduct training sessions & workshops to end users to promote efficiency & adoption. 
  • Handle basic System Configuration in Workday
  • Create & Load EIBs as necessary

Who You Are:

  • 2+ Years of HR Technology & Operations experience with Workday
  • Workday Functional experience & strong knowledge of HR processes using Workday
  • Familiar with Workday Configuration & reporting
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail & critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with SOX Compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience (HR, Business Ops, Business Administration)
  • Critical thinking skills & ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000 to $101,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, & recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
