About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join the Integrated Offerings team. This role will be working in a team-oriented environment with smart & hardworking individuals in a results-oriented culture. This individual will have the opportunity to solve fun & complex industry-wide problems spanning a variety of alternative investment products.
The Integrated Offerings team is responsible for delivering a complete multi-asset class experience on the iCapital platform. This position will be responsible for all aspects of product building ranging from discovery to roll out. We live & breathe agile & deploy fast to learn & iterate quickly. We love to work hard & have fun, so the ideal candidate will embrace a collaborative & multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced & entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject-matter expert for the roles specific product area.
- Engage with end users, clients, & internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to evolve the platform.
- Develop & maintain a roadmap that is consistent with company strategy & product priorities.
- Work closely with UX, Engineering, & other internal partners throughout the full product development lifecycle, from concept through testing & roll out.
- Monitor the success of your product areaand work continuously to improve against target metrics.
- Serve as the evangelist for your product area through meetings & presentations with internal & external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated experience fully owning a product or product area
- Able to lead through influence & effectively partner with colleagues, teams, & clients
- Great communicator that is comfortable engaging with senior leadership
- Natural problem solver & driven to push initiatives to completion
- Critical thinker & comfortable with the unknown
- Strong understanding of how technology platforms are built & how to approach the introduction of new features & functionality
- Willingness to dig deep, analyze, & know the ins & outs of how things work
- Proficient in SQL & able to generate insights through data
- Financial technologybackgroundstrongly preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
