Warby Parker is looking for a super-motivated Associate Product Manager to own the execution of our Business Systems product roadmap. In this role, youll work closely with others on the Technology teamplus our Customer Experience, Retail, Vision Services, Supply Chain, Finance, & Product Strategy teamsto ship new features quickly & successfully. What youll do:

• Manage the cross-functional product team in charge of features for our Business Systems team
• Help execute on our strategy for product focus areas, identifying & prioritizing new features & optimizations based on our business objectives, metrics, & analyses
• Create & communicate product roadmaps based on the companys overall performance & priorities
• Manage cross-functional projects for roadmaps & mobilize members of the product team to execute them
• Work closely with business, design, & technical stakeholders outside of your core team

Who you are:

• Backed by 3+ years of professional experience & at least 1 year in product management (or another role with relevant skills)
• A well-rounded communicator, collaborator, & presenter who loves to share findings & actionable insights
• An analytical thinker who makes decisions using data
• Quick to act & able to make tough decisions as needed, leaning on your own knowledge of strategic business concepts
• A team player whos comfortable taking the lead on certain projects & acting as a contributor on others (you take your work seriously, but not yourself!)
• A naturally curious & eager learner who can derive useful information from first-hand experiences & user interviews
• Passionate about problem-solving through the creation & shipment of stellar products
• Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
