About the Role
As we continue to grow, were seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive innovation across our Noom Med signup & purchase journey. Youll work to evolve the Med purchase flow & play a vital role in expanding our Med offerings to support our mission of delivering whole-person health at scale.

You Will

  • Drive ideation, prioritization, & execution for various Noom Med signup & purchase flows.
  • Use data, research, & experimentation to identify & implement high-impact improvements in user conversion, retention, & lifetime value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with design, marketing, engineering, data science, & leadership to drive initiatives that expand Med offerings & grow adoption.
  • Help define & execute our growth strategy for Noom Med, contributing to a new flagship product in an evolving & competitive healthcare landscape.

About You

You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in growth or product management within a consumer tech environment.
  • Proven track record of navigating ambiguity & executing complex, high-impact initiatives autonomously.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; fluency in A/B testing, data analysis, & market/user research.
  • Deep customer empathy & understanding of user psychology & behavior.
  • Scrappy, curious, & impact-driven, with a bias toward rapid learning & experimentation.
  • Experience launching, scaling, & optimizing consumer products, ideally within digital health or wellness.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration & communication skills, especially with marketing & growth stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with strategies to improve traffic quality & acquisition efficiency.

Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000$238,000.
  • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, role scope, & location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.

  • Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. This generally includes a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays & paid leave, & various wellness programs, etc.

Location

  • This position is a hybrid role, with 1-3 days a week on-site required in one of our offices:
    • New York, NY, USA (preferred)
    • Princeton, NJ, USA 
  • Exceptionally strong remote candidates willing to travel to a Noom office up to once per month will be considered on a case-by-case basis
