Associate, Sales Operations
Location(s): NYC
Reports to: Sr. Director, Partnerships
We are seeking an organized & analytical professional to join the new Partnerships & Business Development organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our BD operations. You will be responsible for developing & implementing processes, tracking performance metrics, & leading strategic cross-functional projects benefiting the Partnerships organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional partnership projects, facilitating communication & coordination across teams.
- Develop & implement processes & procedures to optimize BD operations, including onboarding, commission tracking, & performance monitoring.
- Manage Sales Operations mechanisms & tools, own our CRM tool & workflow.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to update sales collateral & marketing materials including pitch decks, email templates etc.
- Collaborate with the BD team to structure commission models & performance-based incentives for partners.
- Analyze partnership data & generate comprehensive reports to evaluate success metrics, identify areas for improvement, & inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations and/or project management working with Business Development teams.
- Strong analytical & data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel & data visualization tools
- Experience managing a CRM is a plus.
- Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing partnerships (e.g. affiliate, influencer, digital native) is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
