Were looking for a Global Compensation Manager to join our People Operations team. Working closely with the Head of People Operations, youll work to understand what our employees value & how to best craft packages that suit their unique needs. As the Global Compensation Manager, youll ensure our compensation & benefits are competitive on a global scale, embracing this unique opportunity to shape Rituals compensation strategy both domestically & internationally.

As a Global Compensation Manager at Ritual you will

  • Play a key role in shaping the total compensation strategy & execution including everything from cash & equity to benefits & perks
  • Develop employee compensation structures & retention solutions for Ritual team members globally
  • Work in partnership with the Head of People Operations to develop equity budgets, & design & administer refresh & retention programs
  • Collaborate with Rituals Retention team to assess competitive labour market trends globally, & maintain a working knowledge of factors that may affect Rituals compensation policy in all markets
  • Train business leaders across the organization on Rituals total rewards approaches, tools & goals

We are looking for a Global Compensation Manager that has

  • A deep understanding of the key drivers behind total rewards strategies & experience contributing to the design & implementation of compensation structures & retention solutions
  • Excellent working knowledge of market pricing techniques best practices, applicable laws & regulatory agencies, & global trends affecting all facets of compensation
  • Experience advising & influencing growing organizations in the design, implementation, & administration of global compensation strategies
  • Proven success collaborating across organizational & geographic boundaries, & experience building partnerships with stakeholders to support the business
  • Good judgment, strong business acumen, & excellent project management skills
