What is the key purpose of a Policy Director?
As a Policy Director working on the Professional Services team in New York City, you will be responsible for the definition & development of our policy to enable our advertising & publisher clients growth, while reducing risks to end users, customers & our brand.
What skills & qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have:
Proven track record of creating & implementing standards & practices
- Experience responding to regulatory inquiries
- Data driven approach to policy
- Experience working cross functionally & with senior management
Nice to haves include:
- Experience within the advertising technology ecosystem, including working with premium publishers & advertisers
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As a Policy Director, you will:
- Initiate & manage new policies with a special focus on our premium partners & their success
- Set up & maintain processes to drive operational excellence
- Analyze data trends on key customer issues to identify potential improvement areas
- Work closely with the business teams throughout the company, advise & negotiate to ensure compliance with content policy guidelines
