Squarespace is looking for a strategic Senior Manager of FP&A to lead forecasting & analytics for our Websites & Commerce business lines. In this high-impact role, you'll own topline forecast modelsrevenue, bookings, subscribers, & deliver critical insights that guide decision-making & performance across the business. You will lead a team, develop scalable processes, & act as a thought partner to stakeholders across our Websites & Commerce business areas. Your team will be the go-to resource for topline actuals analysis & forward-looking projections in your areas of ownership.

You will be adept at building & interpreting complex financial models & confident presenting insight to senior leadership to drive alignment & business outcomes. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, & is eager to make an immediate impact.

You will work across routine operations, strategic planning, & special projects - connecting the dots to surface valuable insights that shape our growth strategy. Success in this role also depends on your ability to build strong, trusted relationships across Product, Marketing & Commerce, & to clearly communicate financial information to diverse audiences.

You'll work hybrid from our NYC Headquarters & report to the Director, FP&A Revenue.

You'll Get To

• Lead the monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting & reporting processes, preparing executive-level presentations, analyzing results, & building forward looking business trends & insights.
• Drive the annual planning cycle, working cross-functionally to align on strategic initiatives, growth levers, & revenue drivers.
• Manage, mentor, & develop a team of FP&A professionals, fostering growth & high performance.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders & teams, delivering data-driven recommendations & insights that drive performance & strategic decision-making.
• Build & refine scalable, dynamic forecasting models to improve accuracy & enable scenario planning.
• Identify & implement operational efficiencies to streamline reporting & FP&A support.
• Lead & influence cross-functional initiatives, aligning finance priorities with broader company goals & objectives.

Who We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with significant focus on topline forecasting & performance management
• 5+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop & leaf high-performing teams
• Proven experience delivering financial insights & strategic recommendations to executives & senior-level cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly analytical with exceptional financial modeling skills & the ability to synthesize data into clear narratives & decision-driving results.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ownership mentality,and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail orientated, yet capable of distilling complex analyses into clear, executive-level communications.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of initiating & leading complex projects.

Cash Compensation Range: $178,500 - $287,500 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors. 

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
