As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Conductor's success within the enterprise market. You'll partner with sales teams & directly engage with customers to deeply understand their strategic goals, develop compelling business cases, & deliver tailored product solutions that demonstrate the potential value of the Conductor platform.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Strategic Consulting: Proactively engage with existing & prospective enterprise customers to uncover their SEO, content, & web operations needs. Translate these into clear business objectives & tailor recommendations that directly support their achievement.
- Value-Driven Engagement: Coordinate virtual & on-site sessions for customized assessments, value mapping, data insight projects, & workshops aligned with enterprise customer priorities.
- Data-Driven Storyteller: Analyze data models, identify patterns, & forecast trends to craft persuasive business cases that demonstrate the potential ROI of Conductor solutions.
- Technical Sales Partner: Collaborate closely with Sales Managers & teams on technical aspects throughout the sales cycle, driving complex deals to close.
- Product Expertise: Master Conductor's product suite & stay updated, understanding best-use scenarios for enterprise customers. Stay updated on industry trends to inform your consultative approach.
- RFP/RFI Champion: Lead the response to proposals & information requests, ensuring compliance with security requirements & showcasing Conductor's strengths.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Conductor with professionalism & enthusiasm at industry events & conferences.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Enterprise Experience: 5+ years of pre-sales experience supporting mid-market & enterprise SaaS sales teams. Proven success in guiding strategic discussions with marketing/digital leaders in large organizations.
- Business Acumen: Outstanding project management & consulting skills. A natural problem-solver with strong data analysis abilities to articulate compelling business cases.
- Confident Communicator: Comfortable presenting to C-level executives & leading persuasive product demonstrations. Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, & documentation.
- Digital Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts & practices is highly preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel ~25%
- Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $88,000 - $125,000 per year. Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, & geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
Variable compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a variable bonus based on attainment of quota & performance targets. The base/variable mix is 80/20.
