Warby Parker is on the lookout for an analytical, detail-obsessed Supply Chain coordinator to monitor the day to day supply chain activities. In this role, you will analyze performance & ensure our internal processes & partner organizations are executing tasks effectively & on time. What youll do:

Develop & manage reports on regular supply chain metrics flagging anomalies or actions needed to relevant team members or to the Associate Manager of Supply Chain Management
Monitor & take action to resolve exceptions across internal transfers & purchase orders as well as customer orders & returns
Communicate with our partner organizations in order to align on expectations & prioritization
Execute analysis to support projects or initiatives to improve supply chain performance
Support Associate Manager of Supply Chain Management in documenting & sizing opportunities to improve agreements with existing partners & for potential new partners
Develop & maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams as well as external partners

Who you are:

Equipped with 1+ years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or other data analysis tools
Savvy in analysis & interpretation of data
Able to autonomously identify & communicate problemsand recommend solutions
An exceptional communicator who can collaborate effectively
Attentive to detail, spotting & resolving issues when reviewing data
Flexible & able to adapt to changing priorities & requirements
A self-starter whos comfortable navigating uncharted territory
Not on the Officer of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

1+ years of experience in finance, economics, retail, supply chain management or a related field
Familiarity with Oracle, Anaplan, or Looker
