About the Role
To support EveryPlates exciting growth trajectory, were looking for a Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through strategy, planning & activation on existing & emerging growth channels ranging from Podcast to Landing Page optimization. This role is perfect for a performance-minded marketer with a strong entrepreneurial spirit & the ability to wear many hats at once. You will report to the Marketing Director of EveryPlate & collaborate closely with the Acquisition, Analytics, Product Marketing, & Business Development teams. Your efforts will directly impact customer acquisition, brand visibility, & long-term customer profitability for HelloFreshs most affordable meal kit offering.
What Youll Do:
- Lead strategy & execution across a number of growth initiatives that aim to drive reach, optimize conversion rates, & support customer profitability
- Manage external partners & internal collaborators to deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through execution & optimization
- Develop, brief, & review creative assets & messaging in partnership with the Go-To-Market team, ensuring alignment with brand & performance goals
- Launch & optimize landing page experiences, offers, & funnel improvements through continuous testing & iteration
- Monitor campaign performance across initiatives, using data & insights to guide optimizations & inform strategic decisions
- Identify & explore new marketing opportunities that align with business goals, serving as a generalist marketer & agile problem-solver
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, & new growth tactics to fuel innovation & differentiation
Who You Are:
- 45 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably at a high-growth consumer brand or agency
- Bachelors degree
- Demonstrated success managing paid marketing channels & campaigns, with measurable results tied to CAC, ROI or LTV
- Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets & comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus
- Highly organized with strong project management & communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities & cross-functional teams
- Creative & resourceful; comfortable navigating ambiguity & iterating quickly to drive results
- Customer-obsessed & passionate about building thoughtful, effective campaigns
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
