About the Role 

iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Client Architecture Solutions team. This role will cultivate a deep understanding of the US wealth management industry & the way that our technology is developed to scale the distribution of alternative products. This individual will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to solve challenging & complex industry-wide problems, spanning across various alternative investment products. 

Responsibilities 

• Understand customer needs by carefully listening to & analyzing client feedback. 
• Work directly with clients to deploy integrated technology solutions to the desktops of financial advisors. 
• Develop a solid understanding of the US Wealth Management Industry & make prioritization recommendations, which are grounded in knowledge of our industry & our clients. 
• Drive usage & adoption of the platform by finding solutions, which meet user needs & drive platform stickiness. 
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, UX design & engineering, to write user stories & requirements documentation. 
• Manage technical considerations, working closely with engineering team to deliver solutions to complex problems. 
• Operate within an agile development framework. 

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of professional work experience 
• Able to work with external & internal stakeholders directly, taking away feedback to constantly improve our platform & data workflows 
• Previous experience in financial services and/or financial technology 
• Previous experience working with large data sets (SQL experience preferred)  
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities & meet deadlines 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills  
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team  
• Able to build strong working relationships with engineers, designers, salespeople, client success, & various other teams across the organization  
• Understanding of the different components of the technology stack for a cloud-based application  
• Previous experience within the WealthTech domain 
• Proven ability to operate within the fast-paced nature of a growth company 

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000 depending on level. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
