Procurement Associate Operations Manager

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Procurement Associate Operations Manager to support our Procurement team.  In this position:

You will ... 

• Lead a Procurement Pod/ Regions operations managing weekly execution & deadlines. Weekly operations include weekly PO placement, freight management, & costing
• Lead a team of 3-8 buyers. Coach team, hold weekly 1:1s & partner with OM to build development plans & provide feedback. 
• Lead training & onboarding for new buyers in the pod
• Partner with distribution center(s) & 3PL(s) in the region  to manage weekly inventory & ensure that all SKUs are delivered in full, in quality, & on time.
• Lead escalations with DC & strategy teams & problem solving for critical issues in pod/region 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement & change management.
• Drive consistency across pods, including adherence to tools & processes like IMT, HighJump/SKUVault, & Ticketing Tool.

At a minimum, you have... 

•  Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in produce, protein, or other food products
• Vast knowledge & interest in food 
• Quantitative & analytical experience(either through education or professional experience)  including solid comfort in Excel
