The Seasonal Sales Ops Coordinator is responsible for accurate & timely execution of day-to-day transactions involved in the logistics/transportation & inventory/fulfillment operations for our wholesale business. The role will require proficiency with data entry, business systems, & strong written & verbal communication skills.

When youre not catching zzzs, this is what youll do

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work an average of 1-3 days per week based at our spacious 3 World Trade Center office.
  • Enter orders into JD Edwards
  • Identify & resolve order discrepancies in detail such as addresses, prices, quantities & skus
  • Release & manage assigned open orders to ensure timely shipping to the customer
  • Serve as a liaison between wholesale team & finance team for issues
  • Responsible for new account set up
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer service-related questions from account executives
  • Communicate with fulfillment team to monitor inventory status for orders

Our dream candidate is/has

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work an average of 1 3 days per week based at our spacious 3 World Trade Center office.
  • Communication & relationship management with vendors, carriers, as well as cross-functionally within Casper
  • Precise execution of multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Proficiency with all internal tools - including ERP systems, MS Excel / GoogleSheet spreadsheets, & intranet pages (Looker would be a plus!)
  • Familiarity & point person for knowledge on Fulfillment/Logistics-related vendor portals, terminology
  • Proficiency with business data analysis using Excel & similar spreadsheet tools -> managing, analyzing, & modifying data sets of varying sizes.
  • Former experience in logistics or fulfillment a plus
  • Being a flexible team player able to step into a variety of roles based on business need
  • Targeted Hourly Rate Range: $20-22 USD
