Supply Chain Manager - Good Chop

Were looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic Operations team & report to our Head of Supply Chain. This person will play a pivotal role in managing & optimizing our end-to-end supply chainfrom procurement & inventory planning to fulfillment & logistics. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, are sourced efficiently, & delivered on time. You will...... 

• Lead & manage all aspects of the supply chain process including sourcing, procurement & inventory management
• Collaborate with procurement & vendor management teams to build strong supplier relationships & negotiate optimal terms
• Forecast inventory needs based on demand planning, seasonality, & promotional cycles to ensure supply continuity & reduce waste
• Implement & maintain processes that ensure inventory accuracy & proper traceability across the supply chain
• Partner with operations & logistics teams to streamline fulfillment & delivery performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Identify & resolve bottlenecks across the supply chain while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage data & analytics to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, & optimize service levels
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align production schedules, address supply risks, & communicate critical updates
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Develop & maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track & report on supply chain performance
• A supply chain expert with a sharp operational mindset & passion for data

You have..........

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management, preferably within protein & DTC brands
• Proven success in inventory planning, procurement, & demand forecasting
• Experience working with ERP systems & supply chain management tools (Oracle or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills & comfort with data analysis; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytical & project management skills with a bias toward action
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics, perishable inventory, or temperature-controlled products is highly preferred
