Title: Summer Intern, Studio Operations

You will

Assist the Studio Team in the daily organization & production of photo & video content. 

• Gain professional experience as a production intern in studio & off-site.
• Learn about & work on a variety of different workstreams & projects: recipe card production, photo & video marketing shoots, reshoots & retouches, video offer-updates, organic social content, & bigger budget productions.
• Developmental training in our systems; such as: working within our studio software (ShotFlow) & project management software (Wrike), creating shot lists & edit trackers, & updating necessary assignments & production documents.
• Assist in trafficking, production, quality assurance, & delivery of photo & video assets.
• Extensive networking opportunities with Senior leaders & the Brand team.
• Will get the opportunity to shadow the different studio teams (photography, videography, kitchen, styling, & post production) to learn the functions of our studio & how we collaborate together.
• Act as a Production Assistant on off-site shoot days for certain projects.
• Create & execute a photo/video project of their choice, overseen by the studio team, from concept creation to final delivery.

You are

• A current sophomore or junior actively enrolled in a U.S. college or university.
• Intellectually curious you have an insatiable desire to understand how things work, why they work the way they do, & to consistently challenge the status quo
• Adaptable- youre a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative - you enjoy working cross functionally with various teams to gather key inputs, & are able to work well with diverse opinions
• Detail-oriented you possess strong organizational skills & consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work
