Location: London, UK or New York, NY 

We have offices in both London & New York City & this role can be hybrid, based out of either office (subject to your legal right to work within the jurisdiction). Attendance in the office is expected twice a week.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled, forward-thinking Product Manager to join our global team! Here at OpenFin, were building productivity solutions for the modern digital workforce. Our mission is to remove friction from digital work through enabling users to be delightfully productive, wherever they are. We have already successfully provided the foundations of desktops built by many of the largest financial institutions in the world. We have an incredible Product & Design team & we need a dedicated Product Manager to drive our products, and  to help us realise our vision. Were seeking those who have led in the product development process & are eager to partner with designers & engineers to realise beautiful interfaces & succinct integrated experiences.

Responsibilities 

• Drive product strategy & lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellent results for our customers
• Provide well written & thorough product requirements to counterparts in both Design & Engineering, collaborating closely to build & ship our products
• Help direct & conduct customer research & distill analyses to aid strategy & decision making
• Be the voice of the customer & encourage others to voice client needs in product discussions
• Work closely with our customers to test & validate new product features

What Were Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant Product experience
• Experience in delivering value to customers via SaaS based products
• Experience in defining products that integrate solutions with 3rd party software such as Salesforce, Servicenow, & MS365
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders through active listening & articulating multiple points of view
• Demonstrated success driving product improvements by using all types of learning: user testing, data analysis, A/B testing, etc. (with an analytics-first mindset)
• Ability to balance design & technical tradeoffs, while finding creative ways to solve various customer needs
• A product-led growth mindset, that is focused on continuous improvement with regards to both product & process
• Entrepreneurial enthusiasm & grit, willing to roll up your sleeves & be tactical
• An individual that shows deep concern for teammates & actively works to be a positive motivating driver of team culture
