Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Operations Associate, Claims Platform to join our Configuration team.

This role is responsible for designing, optimizing & implementing processes & improvements for configuring Oscar's claims adjudication platform. This role works cross-functionally to identify, scope, build, test & implement solutions, with a focus on creating efficiency & scale through technology & automation.
You will report to the Operations Manager, Edits Configuration.

This is a hybrid role in our New York City office. You will work part of the time in the office & part of the time remote / work-from-home. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program & annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
