The Merchandising Assistant will support the Designer RTW team & collaborate with cross-functional partners & vendors to drive sales for the Trunk Show & Boutique Designer & Advanced Designer RTW businesses.

What Youll Do

• Support the Designer RTW TrunkShow & BTQ operations & processes 
• Run weekly selling reports for Designer RTW division
• Schedule & coordinate all domestic & international appointments 
• Gather & execute all information for trunk show import sheets, product descriptions, & BTQ purchase orders
• Coordinate international & domestic travel for market/trade shows
• Organize market prep materials before each season
• Write up all Designer BTQ orders
• Enter all Designer BTQ purchase orders into the CMS
• Assign attributes to all Designer purchase orders.
• Enter all vendor set ups for both trunk show & boutique brands
• Assist with trend boards & buy matrices each season
• Manage all Stylist special order requests
• Track & gather missing information post market 
• Check & update pricing for weekly whats new uploads
• Run PO stat reporting post trunk show completion
• Manage trunk show launch calendar
• Monitor website for product accuracy- category, measurement format, pricing, size & fit suggestions  

Who You Are

• You have a bachelors degree preferably in fashion or merchandising
• Detailed oriented, organized, & able to multi-task
• Flexible & adaptable to ever-changing, fast-paced, & high-growth environment
• Pro-active & able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve process
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Analytical skills & reasoning ability
• Able to work within a team & with all cross-functional partners
• Proficient in Excel & Photoshop with an aptitude for learning new programs
• Willing to execute priorities with a sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time; onsite role; NYC based  (Industry City Brooklyn office space)

Salary: $52000 year ($25 HR) + Discretionary Bonus & Equity Eligible
