Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events & turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years & legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, & has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture & more.

Role Roadmap

We are seeking a passionate & knowledgeable Trading Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of options trading, with an interest in event contracts, & a passion for educating others. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop comprehensive & up-to-date content on how to trade event contracts & other relevant topics in the options trading space.

2. Multimedia Production: Create engaging videos, infographics, & written content to cater to various learning styles & platforms.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, relevance, & comprehensiveness of all educational material.

4. Curriculum Development: Design & build out a structured curriculum of learnings that progresses from beginner to advanced levels, ensuring a logical flow & comprehensive coverage of key topics.

5. Hosting Educational Sessions: Organize & lead webinars, workshops, & live sessions to educate our audience on various aspects of options trading.

6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from learners to continuously improve the curriculum & address any gaps or areas of confusion.

7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, strategies, & changes in the options trading world to ensure our content remains current & relevant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in trading education.
• Strong presentation & communication skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia tools & platforms for content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team & independently.
• Passion for education & a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
