About The Role
Teads is looking for a world-class Manager/Director of Marketing Enablement & Operations (Global) to join our Marketing team focused on optimizing every interaction by creating best in class marketing go-to-market framework.. Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key leader in the marketing team, responsible for overseeing Marketing GTM for global initiatives inclusive of owning, developing & executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, & revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, & the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Enablement
- Develop & lead the overall demand generation strategy aligned with company goals & objectives focused on churn reduction & new business priorities.
- Work closely with the VP of Content Marketing to create compelling & targeted content that resonates with our target audience at each stage of the buyer's journey.
- Design an integrated multi-channel marketing framework to deploy locally.
- Implement lead marketing programs, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, & partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff & alignment with sales goals.
Operations
- Establish standardized marketing operations, including effective tracking & reporting systems e.g. Hubspot/CRM.
- Align markets with business objectives/priorities & unifying messaging & branding.
- Develop & successfully deploy GTM plans across all markets with playbooks & input tracking to determine success.
- Create & leverage integrated marketing campaigns with agency & brand partnerships, amplifying local & regional success stories.
- Scale & customize global assets to meet the specific needs of each local market.
- Develop input tracking to ensure we have measurement plans across all global initiatives resulting in transparent progress reporting, understanding areas of opportunity & cross-functional feedback loop.
- Oversee all marketing operations (e.g., target setting, lead scoring, attribution etc), ensuring they are carried out efficiently & effectively, & that they yield the desired results.
- Serve as a strategic partner for the CMO in formulating short & medium-term strategies.
- Measure, evaluate, & report on the performance & effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. Use this data to make informed decisions about future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a demand generation role, preferably in the advertising, ad tech, or media industry
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing & the buyer's journey
- Demonstrated success in developing & executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, & other marketing technologies
- Excellent analytical & data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, & collaboration skills
The base salary range is $110-130K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role. This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly bonus and/or commission payments based, in part, individual & company performance relative to pre-established targets. Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, & skills.
