As a Senior Advertising Sales Manager, Large Enterprise in our New York, Chicago or LA Office, youll play a vital role focussed on building & managing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier 1 Brands & Agencies across the US. As a highly-valued & proactive individual, you will contribute to Taboolas growth by advocating the power of our platform within assigned client-direct & agency accounts. Success in this role is based on consistent prospecting/networking & pipeline development, new client acquisition/activation, client retention/growth, & achievement against progressive total revenue goals. We operate in a matrixed environment, with support from a skilled team of account managers, media planners, creative strategists & agency development leaders. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ years of professional experience, 6+ years of relevant experience in a solutions-based sales role within the digital advertising industry (media, SaaS, programmatic, data, etc)
- Demonstrated track record of building trust based relationships with key decision makers at large enterprise advertisers & tier 1 agencies
- Existing relationships with clients & agencies in the following verticals: Travel, B2B, Auto, Tech & Computing
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance based media & advertising technology
- Strong business acumen, & an ability to present & communicate ideas/concepts clearly & concisely
- Excellent communications skills, able to expertly convey Taboolas core narrative & influence key decision makers through solutions based selling & storytelling
- Ability to exercise consistent emotional intelligence, professionalism & persistence
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to navigate & communicate with both internal (Taboola) & external (client) teams
- A hunters mindset & a strong desire to win. The ability to aggressively prospect, build rapport, & close business with net new logo customers
- Prior experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system) & related productivity tools
- Deep accountability & bias for action

- Driving revenue growth by consistently developing, closing & scaling a pipeline of advertiser campaigns & always-on partnerships; within assigned brand (client-direct) & agency accounts
- Developing relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, social media, in-person meetings & professional networking events
- Acting as an internal advocate for clients & return client/market-driven insights to Product, as needed, to make sure Taboola is providing a best-in-class product & level of service for its partners
- Learning, evangelizing, positioning, & selling successful advertising strategies & innovative solutions, both creative & technical, across a range of industries & types of businesses
- Demonstrating a mastery of the ability to balance time invested toward low- & high-spend potential accounts along with assessing where they fit within your sales pipeline
