Senior Manager Production Planning 

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking the Senior Manager Production Planning.  In this role you will be responsible for leading the creation, maintenance & ensuring data integrity of planning specific tools necessary for our U.S. distribution centers to deliver the best possible product to our customers. This individual will be overseeing daily real time reporting as well as driving continuous improvement by leveraging tools & technology. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics skills, excellent written & verbal communication & the ability to interpret business needs & translate them into a digestible solution for executive level stakeholder groups.

You will  

• Provide data-driven insights to senior & executive leadership groups in various formats (ie tools, updates, presentations & meetings)
• Identify operational process gaps & work to creatively solve while also tracking progress
• Engage other departments to ensure process is followed for accuracy of reporting & overall data integrity
• Own, improve & refine existing planning program elements (tools, sheets, trackers & applicable recurring meetings) which supply real time reporting to the sites
• Track variances to plan & recommend the appropriate adjustments as required to meet business objectives
• Lead & own continuous improvement projects; to be assigned based on business priorities  
• Travel as needed
• Other projects as assigned

You have 

• 5+ years experience delivering analytical solutions in a digestible format
• Operations tool building experience in a multi-site e-commerce, logistics, commercial warehousing, retail, or other high volume hourly hiring environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Planning & Forecasting, or other relevant area of study is preferred
