As a Senior Operations Manager reporting to the Director & take a hands-on approach & provide strategic operational leadership throughout production & fulfillment. We're looking for someone who is excited to build something awesome & share it with the world!

You will...

Provide leadership from the front lines & immerse yourself in the trenches to increase productivity, promote growth, encourage innovation ideas, & create an excellent culture

• Map out & improve the daily operations in a hyper-growth environment, engaging & motivating the team to ensure on-time & accurate delivery of customer orders
• Manage dynamic teams to better assess the daily operations of Production, Planning & Fulfillment teams
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety & facility compliance while meeting operational goals
• Insure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, & delivery while growing & expanding capabilities
• Promote a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customer
• Conduct presentations & formal training programs to enhance team communication & employee engagement
• Coach, teach & develop team optics to increase core knowledge to create better quality standards
• Promote a culture dedicated to improving when it comes to Safety, Quality, Cost, & Delivery

You have...

• Bachelor's degree required   8+ years managing fulfillment & production operations in food, beverage, or perishables manufacturing or distribution
• Experience managing teams of 200+ employees in a hyper-growth organization - our culture is an important part of our success, & you need to help promote it
• Comprehensive background in Production, Shipping, Receiving, & Warehousing
• Inventory control management with a background in building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems (WMS implementation a plus)
• Ability to develop procedures that help reduce inventory discrepancies
• Project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Efficient Microsoft Office & Google app
